Sai has it Head Office at New Delhi and a fully functional plant in Malanpur, Madhya Pradesh, The manufacturing facility is constructed in compliance with WHO-GMP regulations. The company is spread over a vast area providing infrastructure for R & D and process development, laboratories, as well as manufacturing of various herbal and anticancer products. The company also undertakes development of molecules as per customer’s requirements exclusively on confidential and buy-back agreement.

Analytical Facility:

Modern analytical lab equipped with all essential equipment for monitoring of quality of products during and after manufacturing. Collaboration is also present with several analytical labs for analysis for which in house facility is not available.

R & D:

An airy, well-equipped R & D Lab for process development, improvement and trouble-shooting as well as monitoring and evaluation.

Manufacturing:

1.Pilot Plant with Clean Room: for manufacturing of synthetic products under cGMP.
Current production capacity:10 Kg of APIs/pm.
2. Manufacturing Plant: for herbal extracts and natural product based intermediates for semi-synthetic APIs and synthetic intermediates.
Current production Capacity: 30 MT of herbal extracts /pm and 500 Kg of synthetic intermediates/pm.
3. Future Expansion: Construction of new manufacturing blocks for steroids hormones.

Quality and Regulatory Approvals:

1. MP FDA cGMP certificate: Have valid MPFDA cGMO certificate for compliance of facility and manufacturing practices as per Local cGMP guidelines.
